Terms and conditions:
– Refund is not supported for the online booking.
– Online booking requires online payment via Viva Wallet, accepted changes are made up to the day before your appointment. Up to 2 changes are accepted in order to move your appointment to a different date and time. In case of neglect to inform us about your desire to move your appointment, your appointment is considered to have taken place.
– It is not possible to choose the therapist during the online booking, while the appointment is automatically placed to the first available therapist.
– For the 21:00 o’ clock appointment, shower facilities are not available after the treatment.
– In case you want to use the shower before your treatment, we would kindly ask you to be in our facilities 15 minutes earlier.
